Job Description:

Ecommerce managers are responsible for the online sales of the brand. They oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. Depending on the role, they might oversee digital marketers, web and software developers who contribute to website traffic, design and structure. 

Job Duties:

  • Participate with the Senior Management in a vision and strategic plan to lead the E-commerce business and achieve the Sales and Revenue Targets

  • Identify, assess, and inform the Senior Management of internal and external issues that affect the E-commerce Sales and Revenue

  • Managing the department of the revenue team and consult them to increase revenue and achieve the target

  • Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the Business

  • Oversee and guide the efficient and effective day-to-day activities of the Department.

  • Program planning and management

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Nana programs and services

  • Ensure that the programs and services offered by the Nana contribute to the Nana mission and vision

  • Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the sales programs and improve the quality of business

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of various timely E-commerce projects 

  • Determine staffing requirements for departmental management and program delivery

  • Implement a performance management process for all staff, which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis.

  • Coach and mentor subordinate staff as appropriate to improve performance

  • Proactive to reduce the cost of Platform connectivity

  • Risk management

  • Identify the risks business unit which might cost us in terms of fraud, advise staff to stay away to bring such business to nana

  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales and collection on his departments

  • Responsible to achieve Brands & Area sales financial objectives

  • Submit a report and suggest a solution.

Jobs Skill: 

  • Knowledgeable about online sales and marketing technologies and latest industry trends across online retail and online grocery. 

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or other web analytics platforms Knowledge of SEO, SEM and web traffic acquisition strategies Knowledge of web optimization, A/B/multivariate testing and data-driven marketing 

  • Excel analytics

  • Process Management, work planning and prioritization

Job Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience in a relevant role

  • Proven experience in e-commerce  market

  • Exceptional people leadership skills, strong work ethic, dedication, and desire to succeed, in addition to strong initiative and resourcefulness

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with implementing new workflows, building user stories, and managing through business process change

  • Experience with startups companies a plus

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, user experience, analytical thinking

  • Experience with startups/fast paced companies is a plus
