Job Description

To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing Sales strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations. Based on Market insight, Sales analysis & Nielsen report; Trade marketing will be developing the annual activity calendar across all channels and implement the push/pull drives to reach the desired growth.To get incremental activation budget and negotiate with the management team to obtain the budget based on market logic.

Job Requirement  

  • 2- 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Key Account management experience

  • Experience in managing Trade marketing teams

  • Experience in FMCG and Branded product companies

  • Analytical and Energetic

  • Experience of project management 

  • Team player and the ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departments

  • Ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’

  • Attention to detail

  • E-commerce skills & knowledge is plus
